The Challenge

The Skyline Financial Tower project presented a unique set of challenges, primarily due to its location in a densely populated urban center with strict zoning laws and environmental regulations. The client required a structure that not only maximized floor space but also adhered to LEED Platinum standards for sustainability.

Additionally, the architectural vision called for a curved glass façade that required custom fabrication and precision installation at significant heights, often amidst high wind conditions.

Our Solution

Albayan employed a top-down construction methodology to accelerate the schedule while ensuring safety. We collaborated closely with structural engineers to design a hybrid steel-concrete core that provided the necessary rigidity for the slender profile.
